Property All Risks Insurance (PAR)
Comprehensive cover (other than those specially excluded) for the physical loss of or damage to the insured property arising from any Natural Hazards or Accident (incl. fire and explosion).
The insured property may include building, decoration, machinery, equipment, fixtures, fittings, furniture and stock (but exclude vehicles licensed for general transport use & money)
It can be extended to a worldwide coverage for portable computers and removable photograph apparatus (like digital camera).
