Leasing All Risks Insurance
This product provides you the coverage for the items leased by the insured to Lessees for their use in commercial production or services within the territory stated in the Policy and of the kind specified in this Policy as insurable items.
In the insurance period, any item (or part thereof) entered in that Declaration, whilst on the premises stated in that Declaration, suffers any unforeseen and sudden physical loss or damage from Accident or Natural Hazards not specifically excluded hereinafter, the insured could be indemnified in a manner necessitating repair or replacement. The Insurers will indemnify the Insured in respect of such loss or damage, as hereinafter provided, by payment in cash, replacement or repair (at the Insurers' option).
Definitions
The words "NATURAL HAZARDS" shall for the purpose of this policy, mean thunder-and-lightning, hurricane, typhoon, tornado, storm, tempest, flood, inundation, frost, hailstorm, landslide, rockslide, avalanche, volcanic explosion, subsidence of ground and any other phenomena of nature with strong destructive power and beyond human control.
The Word "ACCIDENT" shall for the purpose of this Policy, mean any unforeseen, uncontrollable and sudden event which leads to material damage, including fire and explosion.
The insurable items can be categorized to four categories as below:

Office Equipments (should be modified as “Office Equipments & Electronic Equipment”)

Wirings (should be modified as “machine tools”)

Construction Project Equipments (should be modified as “healthcare machines”)

Others
Please note: Construction Project Equipments are very tough risks.
