Reporting a Claim

Claims Guideline:

  1. Notify AXA or your broker / agent immediately by telephone or fax upon knowledge of the incident. Please also notify police / fire brigade / traffic police if necessary.
  2. If possible, take photos of the accident scene and damaged property, and take temporary measures to stop further damage. Please keep relevant documentations and bills because they may form part of your claim.
  3. If necessary, AXA may appoint one of their Claims officers or an Independent Loss Adjuster to investigate into the incident. Please provide your fullest co-operation and assistance to the adjuster.
  4. If a third party is responsible for causing the accident, please reserve your right to hold the third party liable for the loss.
  5. The money will be transferred to your designated account within 10 days after the coverage & final settlement amount confirmed and relevant form signed ( Settlement acceptance letter/ subrogation letter)
