Question: How can I purchase Insurance?
Answer:
  1. Contact our sales department and select proper products according to your situation. Tel: (86)-21- 6156 3500
  2. Complete corresponding proposal form; We will arrange site-survey if necessary;
  3. The formal quotation will be send to you when the necessary information is complete;
  4. The formal policy and premium announcement will deliver to you after receiving your approval of our quotation form;
  5. You have to pay for the premium under conventional period, and then we will deliver the formal invoice to you.
Question: How can I make a claim
Answer: Please refer to our section of "Reporting a Claim" on the web, or contact us directly.

Answer:
  • You may pay by small amount cash (please notice us in advance for invoice);
  • You can save cash into our bank account directly;
  • You may pay by bank remittance;
  • Please notify the policy number on the payment voucher in order to get invoice.
