Product training – another way of interaction

The training manager, Marine underwriter and one agency executive of S&D dept from Winterthur went to Hua Kang Insurance Agents to give Agents a training session on Cargo Insurance on July 18, 2008. About 30 Agents participated in this 2-hours training. Several questions been raised after training, a great interest in Cargo Insurance of Winterthur was showed.

This training was one of the planed courses designed for Agency partners, to help Company expending business Channels and gain profit. Introducing the products in a relatively simple way with case studies, the training suits perfectly the characters of sales; with certain guide and supporting from Agency unit of Winterthur, an ambitious goal of profitable growth is achievable.

We will continue to promote similar products training for agent partners in second half of the year, to strengthen Brand awareness of AXA in Shanghai market.
